We are looking for an experienced ERP Transformation Lead to drive the planning and execution of our ERP transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, project management, and change management. They will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to implement and optimize our ERP system to meet our business needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of the ERP transformation initiative.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Lead a cross-functional team to implement and optimize the ERP system.
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed.Establish strong collaborations with key internal stakeholders
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of the new ERP system.
Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders. Reviewing and facilitating GFiber’s sign-off from both business and technology. Reviewing go-live readiness and cut-over plan.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to the ERP transformation initiative.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
