Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of complex technical programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies and communicating them to stakeholders as needed.
- Resource Coordination: Work with resource managers to ensure appropriate resource allocation for each project, balancing team workloads and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Technical Oversight: Understand the technical aspects of projects and ensure they align with organizational goals and technical standards.
- · Manage Security Initiatives: Lead and coordinate security projects across various teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent skills in project planning, execution, risk management, and resource coordination.
- Strong knowledge of **security principles** and how they apply to E-commerce applications.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
Compensation: $65.00 per hour
