Job Title: Systems Analyst 3

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the migration of data across multiple database systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop, implement, and maintain database management systems to support the company’s data needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand and implement EHR data migration requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all database management and migration processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly those related to healthcare data.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior database administrators and data migration specialists.
- Continuously evaluate and improve database management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in database management systems and data migration.
- Must have at least 16-18 years of total IT experience.
- Extensive experience with healthcare EHR systems.
- Proficiency in Inter Systems Caché Database, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar database scripting environments.
- Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Desirable Skills
· 2 years of experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates. Familiarity with company's information architecture and information management methodologies.
· Knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology.
