Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain programs using RPG, RPG ILE, SQLRPGLE, and CLP/CLLE on the iSeries platform.
- Analyze and modify complex SQL queries and implement embedded SQL in SQLRPGLE.
- Create and analyze physical files, logical files, SQL tables, indexes, views, and stored procedures.
- Design and develop display files, subfiles, and printer files for screen programming.
- Document business rules and create data mapping documents.
- Develop ILE program modules, binding directories, and service programs.
- Integrate Message Queue (MQ), MQ Trigger, and XML tags in RPG programs.
- Communicate effectively with client site analysts to manage project tasks.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with Turnover and X-analysis tools.
· Knowledge of retail domain processes like merchandising, warehouse management, and distribution.
Compensation: $60.00 per hour
