We are seeking a highly skilled HL7 Integration Specialist with experience in Redox integration engine to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of HL7 interfaces and workflows using Redox. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare data exchange standards and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement HL7 interfaces and data integration solutions using Redox.
• Develop and maintain custom integrations to connect disparate healthcare systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement and test HL7 interfaces.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and data accuracy.
• Monitor the performance of HL7 interfaces and Redox integrations, ensuring efficient data flow and processing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance system performance and reliability.
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HL7 standards and protocols.
• Proficiency with Redox API and tools.
• Experience with integration engines (e.g., Mirth, Cloverleaf) is a plus.
• Familiarity with various EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
