Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business As Usual (BAU) process owners to review current-state accounting processes and design future-state processes aligned with the ERP structure.
Assist the data team and Workstream Leads in defining Data Profiling, Cleansing, Consolidation, and Conversion rules.
Conduct data reconciliations and validations during Mock Cut-overs, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Cut-over phases.
Provide input into program communications and develop specific communications tailored to the Fixed Asset subledger workstream.
Coordinate data migrations and lead data quality efforts focused on completeness, standardization, and deduplication.
Offer post go-live support including identifying support resources, coordinating hypercare activities, and contributing to post go-live surveys and analyses.
Assess, prioritize, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (10+ years) in ERP transformation projects, particularly from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, within the Media & Entertainment industry.
In-depth knowledge of content accounting topics such as Amortization, Film and TV studio finance products, participations & residuals, and production accounting.
Strong understanding of Film, Studio, and Networks content accounting processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP modules related to Finance and Fixed Assets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex issues, prioritize tasks, and implement solutions in a dynamic environment.
Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools/methodologies is a plus.
Certification in SAP Finance modules or related areas is advantageous.

Compensation: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
