Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale IT projects, focusing on third-party applications integrated with Epic EMR.
- Oversee project scope, budget, and resources, ensuring timely delivery.
- Mentor junior project managers and ensure adherence to PMO processes.
- Manage data conversion efforts during system implementations.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and resolve risks/issues.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in Epic implementation for large healthcare systems.
- Strong background in managing third-party applications and data conversions.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
- 7-10 years of IT project management experience in healthcare.
