Title: Yardi Report Writer with PL/SQL Experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Yardi Report Writer with strong PL/SQL experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom reports within the Yardi platform, leveraging PL/SQL for data extraction and manipulation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver insightful and actionable reports that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain reports in Yardi Voyager based on business requirements.
- Design and implement complex queries and reports using PL/SQL and other Yardi reporting tools.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Yardi databases to generate custom reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports for performance and accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all Yardi-related reports.
- Document reporting processes, requirements, and deliverables.
- Participate in unit testing, peer reviews, and production rollout support.
Qualifications:

Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager report writing.

- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

- Experience with Yardi Report Scheduler and Yardi scripting.

- Familiarity with Yardi data structures and financial modules.

Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of real estate, property management, or financial systems.

- Experience in creating Yardi SSRS reports is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
