Role - Lead Workday Architect – ERP, Supply Chain & Financial Systems
Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive E2E architecture strategy for ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management systems, aligning with business objectives.

System Design & Implementation:
Lead the design and deployment of new modules and system enhancements, focusing on process optimization and efficiency.

Integration & Data Exchange:
Architect and oversee integrations between Workday and other systems (SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Primavera P6, Ecosys, SAP Concur), ensuring data integrity and robust performance.

Roadmap & Transformation Planning:
Define and manage architecture roadmaps, including rollout and migration strategies for enterprise systems.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
Provide expert guidance to IT teams and business stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Documentation & Compliance:
Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, ensuring compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate and optimize systems to meet evolving business needs, staying abreast of the latest technology trends in ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management systems.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management systems.
- Proven expertise in Workday architecture, with hands-on experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Primavera P6, Ecosys, and SAP Concur.
- Strong understanding of ERP principles, best practices, and system integration methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies such as Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, system integrations, and solution design for ERP, Supply Chain, and Financial platforms.
- Expertise in leading Back Office platform architecture projects, from design through deployment.
- Deep knowledge of Workday integration frameworks and experience with advanced integrations across multiple enterprise applications.
