Epic Radiant/Cupid Analyst
Position Summary
The Epic Radiant/Cupid Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, testing, and ongoing support of Epic Radiant and Cupid applications. This role works closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to analyze business requirements, build system solutions, improve workflows, and ensure successful adoption of Epic applications across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, configure, and maintain Epic Radiant and Cupid application functionality.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate workflow and operational requirements into Epic system build and configuration.
- Participate in application design sessions, workflow assessments, and solution reviews.
- Configure, test, validate, and deploy application enhancements and new functionality.
- Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Support Epic upgrades, releases, optimizations, and maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, build specifications, and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement interfaces, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Assist with go-live planning, activation support, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
- Partner with training teams to support end-user education and adoption efforts.
- Recommend workflow improvements and Epic best-practice solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and Epic methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Epic Radiant Certification.
- Experience supporting Epic Radiant application workflows and system build.
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system configuration.
- Experience performing application testing, validation, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of healthcare clinical and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working within healthcare provider, hospital, or integrated delivery network environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Cupid Certification or hands-on Cupid application experience.
- Experience supporting Epic implementation, optimization, or upgrade projects.
- Knowledge of Epic release management and upgrade processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional clinical and technical teams.
- Understanding of cardiovascular and imaging workflows.
