Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for o9 implementation projects, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive requirement gathering workshops, solution documentation, and test case development.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to configuration and model-building teams.
- Ensure quality delivery of o9 implementations and adherence to best practices.
- Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP/Integrated Business Planning processes.
- Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions implementation and solution design.
- Strong knowledge of o9 Reference Models, workflows, and configuration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and IBP/S&OP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead client-facing engagements.
Experience: 8+ years in Supply Chain Planning with significant hands-on o9 implementation experience.
Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
