Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Epic Resolute Revenue Cycle Analyst/Administrator to support, optimize, and enhance Epic Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), and Single Billing Office (SBO) applications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Epic Revenue Cycle operations, system configuration, workflow optimization, claims management, and revenue integrity initiatives. This role will partner with revenue cycle leadership, finance teams, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to improve billing accuracy, reimbursement, denial management, and overall revenue cycle performance.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Epic Revenue Cycle operations, system configuration, workflow optimization, claims management, and revenue integrity initiatives. This role will partner with revenue cycle leadership, finance teams, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to improve billing accuracy, reimbursement, denial management, and overall revenue cycle performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute HB, PB, and SBO applications.
- Support Charge Router, claims processing, remittance, reimbursement, and billing workflows.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Epic solutions.
- Configure and maintain claim edits, workqueues, billing rules, and charge routing processes.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide advanced application support.
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployments, and optimization initiatives.
- Manage Data Courier migrations and support change management activities.
- Collaborate with revenue cycle, finance, coding, clinical, and operational teams to improve workflow efficiency.
- Support denial management initiatives, revenue integrity projects, and reimbursement optimization efforts.
- Perform workflow assessments and recommend process improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Develop and execute test plans, integrated testing, and validation activities.
- Create and maintain application documentation, build specifications, and support materials.
- Participate in project planning, system implementations, and large-scale organizational initiatives.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide subject matter expertise on Epic Revenue Cycle applications.
Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
