Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business and operational activities related to application implementation and development.
- Drive Agile practices, including user story development, requirements gathering, backlog management, and portfolio planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects while ensuring timely execution.
- Present project updates, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Expertise in user story development, requirements gathering, and portfolio management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Product Management or Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Background in business operations, application implementation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with enterprise applications and cross-functional teams.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
