JOB ROLE -
Technical Specialist
Mandatory Skills: JDE Sales & Distribution Functional/Techno-Functional
Responsibilities:
Extensive experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module with techno-functional skills.
Experience with MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive Pay, Labelling solutions, Oracle APS.
Understand and support customized Manufacturing Accounting processes.
Conduct application testing, knowledge transfer, and support activities.
Provide second-level support for service requests and system defects, resolve high severity issues.
Engage with business users throughout the support call lifecycle.
Resolve JDE level 2 application support calls, collaborate with development and CNC Admin teams.
Own and manage support tickets for respective modules.
Provide after-hours on-call support for high severity issues.
Work with onsite-offshore models for application development and support.
Monitor software releases, perform ERP and database troubleshooting.
Train team members, administer ERP in production, manage database optimization and recovery.

Compensation: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
